Flags lowered in honor of Affton fire captain
Gov. Mike Parson has ordered U.S. and Missouri flags to be lowered to half-staff at all government buildings in eastern Missouri’s Jefferson County in honor of Affton Fire Protection District Capt. James Cova. Flags will also be lowered to half-staff at the Fire Fighters Memorial of Missouri in Kingdom City and firehouses statewide.
