An Italian court has approved house arrest for a Marin County man convicted in the killing of an Italian police officer.The home detention was approved for 23-year-old Gabriel Natale-Hjorth. ATV Accident in Lake County Kills One and Injures Four Kids
An ATV rollover incident has killed a Michigan Teen and injured four children. Last Thursday night, the 18-year-old man was driving the ATV with four kids in tow on a private property on Schwartz Lane in Lower Lake. It was then the vehicle flipped onto its left side with the front right passenger on the ATV ejected hitting a cattle fence. The 18-year-old driver died at the site. Two passengers were taken to a local hospital for minor injuries while the other two were airlifted to a Sacramento hospital for major injuries. CHP says no one was wearing helmets or seat belts.
