There were several excellent performances last week, including big victories and career bests, resulting in a stacked list of nominees.
Last week's Athlete of the Week winner was Our Lady of Lourdes football star Drew Kozak, who received 10,978 votes to win.

Mattie Betts, Ketcham field hockey
The senior scored three goals for the Storm in a dominant win over Carmel last week.

The senior has scored in each of the Admirals' last three games, including going for two goals in their win over rival Ketcham last Friday.
Elijah Epps, Beacon football
The sophomore ran for a career-high 194 yards and two touchdowns and three another touchdown, leading the upstart Bulldogs in a 21-14 win over Saugerties last Friday.
Matthew Partridge, John Jay-East Fishkill football
He rushed for 141 yards and a touchdown for the Patriots, although it came in a tough 22-21 loss to Suffern, which scored a touchdown and winning two-point conversion in the last minute.
Lila Burke, Beacon volleyball
She had 17 kills, leading a five-set comeback win over Port Jervis last Monday.
Peyton Kellam, John Jay-East Fishkill volleyball
She had 19 kills to lead the Patriots in a five-set comeback over rival Arlington last Monday in a matchup of then undefeated teams. The junior also had 15 kills in a sweep of Carmel.
Raheem Adebola, Ketcham football
The senior anchored both lines in a 28-0 win over Spring Valley last Saturday. He excelled on offensive, clearing paths for a running game that dominated and, as a defensive lineman, he had a sack and forced a fumble.
Reilly Landisi, Beacon girls soccer
The senior had three goals and two assists to lead the Bulldogs in a win over Haldane last Friday. She also totaled two goals and three assists in wins over Port Jervis and Fallsburg last week.
Small-school nominees
Maia Viggiano, Spackenkill girls soccer
The senior did all the scoring for her team in a 4-2 win over Onteora last Monday, tallying a career-high four goals.
Noey Ledesma, Lourdes football
In his return from injury, the quarterback threw three touchdown passes and helped lead the Warriors to a 34-0 win over Washingtonville last Friday.
Daniel McPherson, Pine Plains cross country
The junior took first place in the boys varsity , completing the 3.1-mile course in 16:07.3 — just ahead of teammate Maxwell Decker ― at the Brewster Bear Classic last Saturday.
Lorenzo Scilla, New Paltz boys soccer
He scored twice to lead the Huguenots in a 3-1 win over Red Hook and scored the deciding goal in a 3-2 win over Rondout Valley.
Jake Brown, Marlboro boys soccer
He scored three goals for the Dukes in a win over Rondout Valley. The senior also scored twice in a 2-1 upset of Spackenkill.
Maya Pizzarello, New Paltz girls swimming
She won the 200-yard freestyle (2:08.62) and the 500 freestyle (5:39.48) and was part of the winning 200 freestyle relay team, helping the Huguenots beat Middletown in a meet last Tuesday.
Parker Ruger, Rhinebeck boys soccer
He had two goals and an assist to lead the Hawks in a win over Highland last Saturday. Ruger also scored in a win over Marlboro and in his teams' 1-1 draw with Mount Academy.
Margo Ogden-Kosofsky, New Paltz girls tennis
She defeated Highland standout Lena Tran, 7-5, 6-2, at first singles to lead New Paltz in a 4-1 win over the Huskies last week. Ogden-Kosofsky also beat Onteora's Lily Pizer in straight sets in a win.
Jayden Cutting, Marlboro football
The freshman, playing in honor of his aunt who had recently passed, starred for the Iron Dukes in a 14-0 win over Liberty last Friday. The linebacker made seven tackles, including two loss, forced a fumble and returned an interception for a touchdown to open the scoring in the third quarter.
Matt Silhavy, Haldane boys soccer
The senior had three goals and three assists to lead the Blue Devils in a win over Putnam Valley last Saturday.
Julia Gigliotti, Lourdes girls soccer
The senior scored all three goals for the Warriors in a 3-1 win over Roosevelt on Sept. 30.
Loretta Santora, Marlboro girls swimming
The senior won the 100-yard freestyle (58.87 seconds) and the 100 backstroke (1:05.19), helping the Iron Dukes beat Rhinebeck in a meet last Friday. Santora clocked season-best times in both events and qualified for the Section 9 tournament.
