Scott admitted that between April 1 and June 14, 2022, he sent sexually explicit messages to someone he believed was an 11-year-old girl, attempting to entice the child. He also admitted he traveled to Warren County on June 14 to meet and engage with the child.

Police arrested Scott on June 14 after he arrived at the place where he intended to meet the child and was in possession of child exploitation images. Once Scott’s sentence has been fulfilled, he will be required to register as a sex offender.
