Above and beyond: Here are Our Lady of Lourdes' scholar athletes for 2023-24

The Mid-Hudson Athletic League recently honored its top senior student-athletes for each high school. Our Lady of Lourdes High School selected Magdalena Regenauer and Nelson Zheng.

Magdalena Regenauer

Athletic Honors: Three-time varsity swimming letter; team captain; two-time All-League; state meet qualifier

Community Service: Peer Tutor; fundraising volunteer for the Church of St. Joseph in Middletown; NYU Youth Support Service volunteer; blood drive volunteer

Future Plans: University of Notre Dame, to major in Computer Science

Nelson Zheng

GPA: 101.93

Varsity Sports: Cross country; wrestling; outdoor track and field
