Woman Arrested After Attacking Patient at Somers Rehab Facility
SOMERS, N.Y. - An employee of The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been charged with physically attacking a disabled resident, state police said. Jossette F. The first project developed under the Gowanus rezoning has launched leasing. Developed by Domain Companies and VOREA Group, 420 Carroll consists of a 21-story tower and a 16-story tower connected by an underground tunnel.
