This might come as a shock given the time of year, but this week’s round of Keep Your Clips Up is varied—and I didn’t even have to rely completely on throwback videos even though it’s August. There’s street skiing (sans snow), imposing big mountain lines, and more than a few powder turns. Without further adieu, let’s get into it.

Mikkel Brusletto Kaupang Does Summer Skiing Right

You might’ve noticed that this is the second Mikkel Brusletto Kaupang video in a row for Keep Your Clips Up . That wasn’t intended, but when I watched this one, I had to share it. The video ticks all the boxes. Summer skiing? Yep. Ridiculous in a good way? That too. The only thing I’m wondering is how many attempts this took—and if Brusletto Kaupang managed to walk away unscathed.

Amie Engerbretson Makes All of Us Jealous

We have a ways to go before the end of summer, and admittedly, I’ve grown to relish the warmer months. Still, those longing gazes into the gear closet have started to feel just a bit more meaningful, and some nights, I fall asleep thinking about the first day of the season. If you, too, are the mindsurfing type, this one from Amie Engerbretson should provide a bit more fuel for your pre-season dreams.

Adrià Millan Pla Embraces the Narrowness

Then, there’s South America, where this mindsurfing business isn’t a fantasy—it’s a reality. Over the past few weeks, Adrià Millan Pla has shared numerous videos of himself skiing as he ticks off heavy-hitting lines over the past few weeks. His latest upload continues that trend with a chute that looks to be about the width of a microwave (yikes). Plus, there’s a sporty, high-consequence exit to match. Talk about a no fall zone.

    Fridge Gets Weird

I know this is POWDER, and POWDER's supposed to be about skiing, but every now and then, a snowboarder does something that can't go unmentioned. Today, that honor goes to Fridtjof Sæther Tischendorf, who, alongside pulling off one of the wackiest pipe tricks I've ever seen, might also be in the running for the world's coolest name. For short, he goes by Fridge.

    A Woodward Copper Pitstop

And now for some fast footwork from Ryan Buttars at Woodward Copper. The entire cut rocks, but there’s something particularly special about the first clip, which—true to his name—involves Buttars ending a rail sequence with a clean, satisfying butter.
