Welcome back to another episode of Keep Your Clips Up. This week's offerings skew towards the big mountain side of the spectrum. Three of the five clips—or short edits in some cases—are all about finding the scariest possible thing to ski and rolling the dice. Mixing the theme up is another obligatory update from Mt. Hood and a brief documentary about Portland, Oregon, shredder Hank Stowers. Whatever your palette, you should leave satisfied—and hungry for next winter.

Wyatt Gentry and the Pursuit of Going Way Too Fast

What were you doing when you were 17? I was bumbling through high school, worrying about what college I'd get into and, of course, skiing—but not like Wyatt Gentry. This line from the Jackson Hole, Wyoming, native is pure adrenaline. Don't blink.

Slush and Sunshine With the ON3P Crew

Here's more proof that Mt. Hood's the place to be in the summer. Filmed and edited by Owen Dahlberg, this short covers the ON3P Skis' trip to Windells camp. Dahlberg, as usual, is handy behind the lens, but the skiers shine, too, taking full advantage of the slushy summer snow on tap. If you're craving a bit of park skiing action, look no further.

Hank Stowers Carves Their Own Path Down the Mountain

We included a link to this video in our short profile of Hank Stowers , published earlier this week, but I figured it was more than good enough to share again. It has plenty of ski action, but the best part about this episode of Db's Pack Heavy Chase Light is learning more about Stowers, who, in Portland, Oregon, is engaging with skiing on their own terms.

    Sometimes, Falling Isn’t an Option

And now it's time for some secondhand grippage. The first thing we hear in the first seconds of Henry Zakowski's latest upload from The Remarkables, New Zealand, is, "Oh, f**k me." I'd be saying the same if I were staring down an extended, narrow chute with numerous rocks in the outrun. What do you do when the margin for error—and snowpack—is thin? Go really fast, according to Zakowski.

Ian McIntosh Keeps It Tight Loose

Continuing with the trend of terrifying big mountain skiing, Teton Gravity Research recently dug up the clip of all clips featuring Ian McIntosh as he hangs on for dear life while filming for Tight Loose . There's a subreddit—maybe you've heard of it—called r/maybemaybemaybe where users upload videos that keep the audience guessing. With his high-flying Alaskan performance that dances between euphoria and disaster, McIntosh would be right at home there.
