Savor The Summit is an annual event held on Park City's Main Street in which numerous different restaurants serve their specialties to attendees. It's allegedly the biggest dinner party in the state and offers local restaurants a chance to showcase their culinary prowess and guests an opportunity to enjoy fine dining al fresco around the summer solstice (reservation required).

There are few things I love more than eating dinner outside in the summer. And the weather for this event (held at the end of June) tends to be pretty ideal. Restaurants are already getting psyched on their culinary offerings and rumor has it that Deer Valley is bringing their eight foot paella pan this year and it looks pretty delicious.

Caption: "🥘 Our legendary eight-foot paella pan is coming back to Park City’s Historic Main Street for the annual @savorthesummit event on June 22. 🍷 Enjoy a welcome reception and a delicious three-course meal cooked right before your eyes, accompanied by a selection of Spanish wines from Ronsel do Sil.

🎟️ This event typically sells out, so grab your tickets through the link in our profile before they are gone."

This event is going to be a hot commodity so you'll definitely want to snag your ticket in advance. Savor The Summit is hosted on June 22nd this year. Learn more and make your reservation here.
