Honesdale Borough Council wants to add stop signs on Ridge Street at Vine for safety
Action was taken at the Sept. 30 Honesdale Borough Council meeting to address the dangerous intersection of Vine and Ridge streets. The solution that council is pursuing, as recommended by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, is to add stop signs.
