Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 70 Injures Hoxie Man In Gove County
An accident occurred in Gove County shortly after 4 p.m. on Sunday, resulting in one individual sustaining injuries. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2019 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle, operated by 21-year-old Cade Austin Gourley from Hoxie, was traveling westbound on Interstate 70, approximately one mile east of Kansas Highway 212, in the left lane.

GIRARD, Kan. (KAKE) - The Bureau of Land Management is holding a two-day wild horse and burro event this weekend in southeast Kansas. The event begins at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 23, at the Crawford County Fairgrounds in Girard. Adoptions will take place August 23, from noon-6 p.m., and Saturday, August 24, from 8 a.m.-noon.
