One of the largest restaurants in Tuscaloosa's Midtown Village shopping center will permanently close this week after about three years in business. The Thread was the first to break the news that Buffalo's Cafe would take over the former home of the Iguana Grill. After a brief spell as takeout-only, the chicken wing joint officially opened in September 2021.
