NorthLakes Community Clinic has added three new members to its Board of Directors, according to an April 29 press release. Kim Cuddeback, Megan Krause and Samantha Skuja bring their interests, passions and experiences to the federally qualified health center, which is governed by a patient majority board.

"Our patients are our leaders," said NorthLakes CEO Reba Rice. "With the inclusion of Kim, Megan, and Samantha, our members anticipate added leadership and guidance as NorthLakes persists in providing high-quality health care to our communities.”

Cuddeback is an administrative assistant in Price County. Her commitment to supporting the community and her passion for expanding healthcare services both align with NorthLakes’ dedication to meeting the evolving needs of its patient population.

Krause is a bookkeeper in Barron County. Her motivation to join the board stems from having faced access challenges with her children's care in the past, and would like to help enhance healthcare accessibility for Rice Lake.

Skuja of Marinette County, is a board of education member for a private school and is the policy council chair for their Head Start program. She has experience with bringing resources to families in need and said that fulfillment comes from providing help and making a change where it is needed.

Other board members include Amy Klebe, president; JoAnn Fleming, vice president; Mike Flaherty, treasurer; Michael Stamp, secretary; and members Nick Eliot, Lisa Kingfisher, Dave Krochalk, Jason Martell, Nancy Miller, Judy Popelka, and honorary member, John Schrock.
