FLAMBEAU-RAMA WEEKEND UNDERWAY

The 71st Flambeau-Rama is underway this weekend in Park Falls.

The events continue on Sunday, Aug. 4, with a the ongoing softball tournament getting things started at 8 a.m. on the city Athletic Complex, along with the Children's Museum at the festival ground at 10 a.m.

Check out the Kiddie Car Races from 10:45 a.m. until noon downtown before the food court opens at 11 a.m. and the carnival starts at noon at the festival grounds until closing at 5 p.m.

Put everything on pause to watch the annual Flambeau-Rama Parade downtown starting at noon.

There will be a 50/50 cash drawing at the main tent on the festival grounds at 2 p.m., after which the famous Bobby Vee and his band will perform until 6 p.m.
