Police Report: 5th Mall Shooting Suspect Arrested | Carjacking | Child Skateboarder Charged
A fifth suspect is charged in a shooting that occurred outside Manassas Mall on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. As we reported in the link above, one of the suspected shooters was out on bond in connection to a December 2023 incident where he was charged with Reckless with a Gun Causing Permanent Serious Bodily Injury, a class 6 felony. His charges were later escalated to the Prince William County Circuit Court, where he was indicted on multiple counts, including Reckless Handling of a Firearm, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Firearm Under 18 Years Old, and Malicious Wounding.

PWC Police Department’s DAILY INCIDENT REPORT for July 18, 2024. On Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 8:42AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 4100 block of Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victim, a 27-year-old woman, was walking in the parking lot in the above area when she observed an unknown man exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures inside a vehicle. The victim left the area and contacted the police. There was no contact between the victim and the suspect who left the area prior to police arriving on scene. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white lettering.
