    Suffolk County Crash Leaves 1 Injured, SUV Overturned

    NORTH LINDENHURST, N.Y. - One person was injured after a two-car collision resulted in an SUV overturning onto its roof on Wellwood Avenue late Tuesday afternoon.

    Suffolk County Police and the East Farmingdale Volunteer Fire Company responded to the intersection of Wellwood Avenue and Gear Avenue at around 5:25PM on Tuesday after a collision between two vehicles left a Honda CRV overturned onto its roof with significant damage.

    At least one person was transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following the crash.

    Police officers from the Suffolk County Police Emergency Service Unit uprighted the vehicle and cleared debris from the street.

    I believe there are 3 main reasons: 1: Distracted driving, 2: Increased use of marijuana, and Impatience.

    to be honest there are a few reasons why this happening. people driving without a license nys letting people getting permits. that never drove in this country. And i no idea about the rules of the road. and here is the big one people driving high smoking marijuana. and they are being check for driving under the influence of being high. this is only the beginning. its going to get a lot worst. trust me.
