Did a small job there years ago. Only houses that I have been in where the basement.is wider then the other floors because they extend our to walkway between houses. They get a tax break for not being allowed to have aluminum storm doors or window air conditioners hanging out front of homes. Person that I did work for took a year to finally secure a parking spot three blocks away.
