Arrest After Flipping Off Man at Gas Station

It's very clear by the conversation between the man and the police that he is no stranger to authorities. The incident took place at a gas station where the man insulted another man who was also at the gas station getting gas. The man argues with police throughout the incident about it is his right of freedom of speech and warns police that they are violating his rights. By the details cathered from the conversation it sounds like the police there have a bone to pick with the man already.
