And he gets seven months probation? 100% not good enough. The kid probably did rob somebody take that car and he is a scumbag for doing it. Bottom line! But once he is in the back of the cruiser cuffed and the officer proceeds to harm him now he took the law into his own hands.

I believe it’s all my heart when a cop loses control, and takes the law into his own hands, which is unlawful he should lose all of his qualified immunity, and whom ever he violates, should be able to go and sue him for everything he owns to the point of homelessness. And someone here would say to me that’s unusual punishment. I have never been one for disarming police officers and downsizing police officers. But after all the videos, I have seen now of rogue officers, I believe Wholeheartedly in more training. But the laws should be changed that if they go rogue, they are on their own. Because when a lawsuit happens, the officer doesn’t pay, the tax payers due. And I am sick and tired of that.
