(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The woman killed in a shooting on June 27 has been identified as 37-year-old Francisca Maria Gonzalez by the Pueblo County Coroner.

On Thursday, June 27 officers from the Pueblo Police Department (PPD) received a ShotSpotter alert in the 200 block of South Portland Avenue, south of East 4th Street. Police found Gonzalez at the intersection with an apparent gunshot wound.

Gonzalez was taken to the hospital where she later died.

On Tuesday, July 2, PPD said it had footage of the suspect’s car, which police said was also involved in a drive-by shooting near 13th and West Streets minutes after the homicide.
