    Festival Fridays with The Martini Shot at Sangre de Cristo Arts Center

    210 N. Santa Fe Ave. | Doors 6 p.m. | The Martini Shot is a six-piece, horn-powered, pop-rock cover and original band based out of southern Colorado. Advance tickets are $8 or $10 at the gate . Tickets are on sale at sdc-arts.org . Limited chairs are available so participants should bring a chair or blanket. No pets allowed.

    Just a Regular Pool Tournament at The Ethos

    615 E. Mesa Ave. | 7-10 p.m. | Try out the singles 8-Ball tournament. There is a $10 entry fee , and the winner takes half the total pot. Must be 16 or older to participate.

    Arise Roots with Massif at Brues Alehouse

    120 E. Riverwalk | 7-10:30 p.m. | Los Angeles-based Reggae band Arise Roots will bring its unique and refreshing interpretation of Roots-Reggae to Pueblo. Cost is $20 per person or $70 for a VIP package for two. Tickets are available online at bruesalehouse.com .

    Battle Mixed Martial Arts Championships at Pueblo Convention Center

    320 Central Main St. | Doors open at 4:45 p.m., fights run 6-10 p.m. | Battle MMA Championships brings adrenaline-filled fights back to Pueblo with the Battle in the South. Tickets are $40 for general admission or $80 for table seating and are available online at battlemmachampionships.com .

    GothNight at The Ethos

    615 E. Mesa Ave. | 7-11 p.m. | Come stomp your heart out to your favorites, old school industrial, 80's throwbacks, Electronic Dance Music and more. Featuring DJ B-Alex. Cost is a $5 cover . The event is limited to ages 16 and older after 9 p.m.

    Tomorrows Bad Seeds Live Acoustic Recording Show at Brues Alehouse

    120 Riverwalk Place | 7-10 p.m. | Reggae band Tomorrows Bad Seeds will host a live recording event with tickets limited to 70 people.     Tomorrows Bad Seeds and guest bands at Brues Alehouse

    120 Riverwalk Place | 7-10 p.m. | Tomorrows Bad Seeds will perform with Just A Feeling plus A-mac & The Height. The South Bay Los Angeles-based group's music embodies street and surf culture with a blend of hip-hop, punk, reggae, rock and soul.     Beulah Arts & Crafts Festival at Beulah School of Natural Sciences

    Rock. Metal. Pigment opening at Steel City Art Works

    216 S. Union Ave. | 5-8 p.m. | Enjoy the “Four Artists. One Family,” exhibit plus visit with featured artists showcasing paintings, jewelry, and sculpture. The gallery boasts 40 local artists offering a diverse selection of art, including writers. The exhibits will run through the end of the month and are free to the public Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.

    First Friday opening at Liminal Space Gallery

    Backpack Giveaway at Pueblo School District 60 parking lot

    315 W. 11th St. | 9-11 a.m. or when supplies run out | Kenzi's Causes will host a community Packz4Kidz giveaway offering 300 new backpacks full of school supplies to children in preschool through 12th grade who attend with a parent or legal guardian. If the children cannot attend, the guardian should have a photo ID and birth certificate for each child. A survey must be filled out prior to services.

    National Association of Rocketry Estes Family Day at Hudson Ranch

    9.5 miles southwest of the Walmart (at Pueblo Boulevard and Colorado Highway 78 on the Beulah Highway | 10 a.m.-2 p.m. | Estes Rockets Family Day will offer free outdoor activities for all ages . Learn about science and rockets and watch the launches. Prize giveaways will be included.     Michael Jackson Tribute at Sangre de Cristo Arts Center

    210 N. Santa Fe | Doors open 6 p.m., show from 7-9 p.m. | Pueblo native Sonny "G" Gonzalez will bring his national tour to his hometown, presenting an authentic theatrical Michael Jackson Tribute featuring special effects, lighting, video, props and surprises. The two-hour stage production with intermission spans from the Jackson 5 era to Jackson's solo career. With spot-on dance moves and choreography, Gonzalez incorporates more than 25 iconic Jackson outfits into the production. Those who attend are encouraged to wear '80s attire or Jackson attire.     Ben Folds Paper Airplane Tour at Pueblo Memorial Hall

    1 City Hall Place | Doors 6:30 p.m., show 7:30 p.m. | Indie star Ben Folds is reprising solo Paper Airplane Tour which launched in 2017. Folds encourages fans to send song requests to the stage via paper airplane. The concept is loved by fans so he's bringing it back. Opening act will be Lindsey Kraft, who will perform her brand of theatrical pop songs including songs from her one-woman musical, "love, me."     Youth Movie Night at Rocky Moutain SER Empowerment Center

    330 Lake Ave. | 6-9 p.m. | The National Alliance on Mental Illness for Southeast Colorado will sponsor "Our Turn to Talk," a documentary about ending the stigma around mental health challenges and "Ending the Silence," a presentation on mental health conditions.
