Seattle startup Falkon raises $16M, plans office move
Seattle-based sales and marketing data startup Falkon has raised $16 million. Along with the funding round, announced Friday, Falkon is moving offices with the closing in August of the Pioneer Square coworking space and coding bootcamp Galvanize, where Falkon co-founder and CEO Mona Akmal said the company had maintained office space throughout the pandemic. She added that the company, which is temporarily office-less, is moving across the street in the coming weeks.

Smartsheet acquires Australian brand management company Outfit
Bellevue-based work management company Smartsheet Inc. (NYSE: SMAR) has acquired Outfit, a brand management company headquartered in Australia. Smartsheet didn't disclose how many employees Outfit has or the financial terms of the deal, which closed Thursday, but a Smartsheet spokesperson said the Outfit team will join Smartsheet's marketing and creative platform Brandfolder. The spokesperson added the Outfit team will work remotely.
Amazon vet follows former retail CEO Dave Clark to logistics startup Flexport
Tim Collins, a former global logistics vice president at Amazon, is joining San Francisco-based Flexport. The company poached Dave Clark from the Seattle tech giant earlier this year. 98point6 raises $20M with plans to license its technology
Seattle-based telehealth startup 98point6 has raised $20 million. With the funding, announced Thursday, 98point6 also said it will begin licensing its technology to third parties, starting with Tacoma-based MultiCare Health System and its ambulatory care program, Indigo Health. 98point6 President Jay Burrell said the company currently connects patients with its own health care professionals, but the agreement with MultiCare signals a move to working with third parties.
