ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Virginia REALTORS released their home sales report for May 2024, revealing that the market is continuing to send mixed signals. While some parts of the U.S. have seen sales drop, Roanoke is an exception. Both sales and prices have increased over the past year in the Commonwealth. Although the Roanoke Valley enjoyed one of the largest percentage increases in sales over the previous year, statewide sales remain below average according to the report.
