    Hope this article is read by thousands and as a result people will learn that a collar must grow with the animal! Hoping that this was ignorance (still hard to believe that degree of ignorance exists)and not deliberate abuse. So glad he was rescued!

    What the HELL is wrong with certain people. Why do certain humans hurt animals' puppies dogs. Then they put ropes or zip ties, etc. WHY DO THEY HAVE TO MAKE THESE ANIMALS SUFFER. I have to say these people are sick f**k up people. They don't deserve to be around animals or people. THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO DO THIS TO ANY ANIMALS. They should be locked up and throw away the keys. Thank you to everyone involved with helping and rescuing this puppy. You all definitely are ANGELS in my eyes ♥️ 🙏🐾
