Story after story. Dog after dog . WTH is wrong with people ?? Why are these shelters not receiving federal money to help these dogs? This issue is out of control of control . Covid created a surge in demand for puppies then created endless supply of dogs with no homes. This abuse and neglect is common place now. Make those responsible for the abuse miserable!! Community service for 10 years mandatory. Never allowed to own animals again. Fines to help support animals in shelters and make them heavy so it hurts their wallet. Plus plates on their car for life . Let everyone know they are animal abusers.
