Madonna Posts Rare Family Pic with All Six of Her Kids—And They’re So Grown Up

Madonna is living her best life in Italy—with all six of her children by her side.

The pop icon, who just turned 66, shared a series of stunning snaps on August 19 that show her celebrating her bday in style with her entire brood. Yep, all of her kids made it into one epic family photo, a rarity for the “Material Girl.”

In the photo—which was the last featured in the Instagram carousel—Madonna is rocking a sheer white gown paired with a black bustier, looking as fierce as ever. Surrounding her are her kids: Lourdes Leon, 27 (her daughter with ex Carlos Leon), Rocco Ritchie, 24 (her son with ex-husband Guy Ritchie), and her four adopted children, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 18 and 11-year-old twins Stella and Estere.

But that's not all. The seven-time Grammy winner also dropped a few more glamorous shots from her Italian getaway , captioning them with a simple yet chic "La Dolce Vita."

This heartwarming family portrait is the first time all six kids have appeared together on her Instagram since Thanksgiving last year.

Just days prior to the family pic, Madonna made sure to document her 66th in style. She posted more photos, this time featuring her twins and a shirtless Akeem Morris (her rumored boyfriend), along with the caption: “Back in Italy…Happy Birthday to ME.”

Jet setting across the globe in honor of her birthday seems to be an annual affair for the pop icon. Last year, Madonna and the crew whisked off to Portugal for the momentous occasion.

“It’s great to be Alive,” Madonna captioned a video compiling moments from the trip. “And Amazing to Be able to put on my dancing shoes and Celebrate my Birthday! [party blower emoji] [I’m] So Grateful. Thank you Lisbon and to all who made it possible!” The singer also added emojis of a red heart and the flag of Portugal.

The video compilation was fittingly soundtracked with Madonna's chart-topping hit “Vogue.”

The Queen of Pop clearly knows how to do birthdays right.
