Demi Moore Recreates Sweet Throwback Mother-Daughter Pic in Honor of Rumer's Birthday

Demi Moore is taking a little trip down memory lane to celebrate her daughter, Rumer Willis.

On Instagram, the 61-year-old actress shared an emotional birthday tribute to her daughter, who recently turned 36. The post includes a throwback pic of baby Rumer being cuddled by her mom, and on the second slide, the Moore is seen cuddling her adult daughter in a more recent photo. The proud mom wrote, "Rumer, you will always be my baby! Happy birthday, my love. To a new year beyond measure. I love and adore you!"

One fan commented, "Wonderful pictures. And happy birthday to your daughter. Hope your day will be fantastic." Another wrote, "The love this family has for each other is so beautiful."

The birthday girl also took to Instagram and showed fans how she marked the occasion. In her first post, she shared a clip of her beach adventures and wrote, "Celebrating my 36th birthday at the beach. Locally. And not in Europe."

She added, "It's thoughtful, it's mindful, it's humble…It's demure," referring to the viral TikTok trend .

In addition, Rumer posted a slideshow of candid pics with her daughter, Louetta , and included a sweet tribute to the toddler.

She wrote, "My tiny girl you are every birthday wish I’ve ever had come true. You are my soulmate and the love of my life. This last year has been so wild and challenging and beautiful and you are such a light. I am so grateful for you."

Willis added, "I’m letting go of everything and anything that no longer serves me. Setting an intention through prayer for this next trip around the [sun] to be delighted and surprised by magic every day. To remember who I am, loving all parts of me unconditionally. To continue walking this path I have set upon and see what I discover along the way. The wild, the messy, the strange, the wonderful. Just you and me kid, it’s all magic. I’m so lucky I get to share life with you."
