COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol is searching for two men who fled after a trooper was shot Friday night along Interstate 40. The trooper was in stable condition at a hospital, the Tennessee Highway Patrol said Friday night. The Highway Patrol asked the public for help in tracking down two men in a white Kia sedan, and it included a photo of a man they later identified as 29-year-old Braze Rucker. The Kia was found early Saturday morning, but the two men are still on the run, the THP said in social media statements.
