Court records: Man accused of sexually assaulting minor several times in Putnam County
PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A man accused of sexually assaulting a child in Putnam County faces more than a dozen charges, court records said. Trevor Jacob Villa, 33, of El Centro, Calif., is charged with 18 counts of sexual assault, according to a criminal complaint filed in Putnam County Magistrate Court.
