Anne Arundel County launches new cellphone guidelines for all public schools
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — Anne Arundel County officials have announced a new cellphone policy scheduled to go into effect at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year. In a press release issued by Superintendent Dr. Mark Bedell, he says the decision comes as part of a move to maximize focus on instruction and improve student mental health. The guidelines are different based on school grades.
