A new warning has been issued by Montgomery County law enforcement partners about a gold bar scam that steals residents' life savings. (Bowie, MD) — More than a dozen Big Lots stores in the DMV are closing as part of a belt-tightening move. The retailer says it needs to trim its underperforming stores to shore up its balance sheet.
