She was taken to the hospital with injuries.</p><h2>Driver Fled the Scene</h2><p>The truck was last seen driving away from the scene on Pottle Road and Coldwater Brook Road.</p><h2>Description of Truck</h2><p>Police described the black pickup truck as possibly a diesel with an extended cab.
