Rock Island High School Graduation Ceremony Is Saturday
The Rock Island High School Class of 2023 Graduation is at the Vibrant at the Mark on Saturday, June 1 at 10:00 a.m. Directions >>. All fees and fines must be paid prior to practice. Graduation practice is Friday, May 31st at 9:00 at RIHS in the fieldhouse. It is mandatory for Seniors to attend in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremonies on Saturday, June 1st.

Jimmy JJ Walker will perform in the Rhythm Room at 7 PM on Friday, May 24!. Walker is best known for portraying James Evans Jr. (J. J.), on the CBS television series Good Times which originally ran from 1974–1979. Congrats to Rock Island High School students Eva Essman and Conner Dilulio who were awarded the James O’Melia Jr. Award today! The award is considered the highest honor that Rock Island High School bestows on student-athletes. One male and one female student-athlete receive the award each year. The Rock Island-Milan Booster Club supported the James O’Melia Jr. Athletic Recognition Award with a $1,000 college scholarship to each athlete.
