(NEXSTAR) – Toy manufacturer Fisher-Price is recalling its “Baby Biceps Gift Set” sold in major U.S. retail stores over a potential choking hazard, according to a United States Consumer Product Safety Commission notice posted Thursday.

The recall was issued after reports of problems with one toy in the set, the dumbbell. There have been seven reports in the U.S. of the small gray cap on the end of the replica weight coming off, and no injuries have been reported, according to Fisher-Price.

The toy set, which retailed for about $18, was sold from April 2020 through August 2024 at Walmart, Kohl’s, Fred Meyer, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, TJMaxx, Buy Buy Baby and Target stores nationwide. It was also available online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Zulily.com, Target.com and other websites.

Anyone who has the set at home is advised to check the back of the included kettlebell toy, where the recalled model number, GJD49, can be found. Consumers who have one of the recalled dumbbell toys should take it away from young children and contact Fisher-Price for instructions on uploading a product photograph, properly disposing the dumbbell and getting a $10 refund (for the dumbbell toy only).

Having a receipt for one of the roughly 366,200 recalled toy sets is not required to receive a refund.

Fisher-Price, which is owned by Mattel and headquartered in East Aurora, New York, recalled roughly 4.7 million baby sleepers in 2023 after they were linked to more than 100 infant deaths .
