Albemarle Police Department HQ struck by gunfire early Sunday morning

ALBEMARLE, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — Police are investigating a shooting in which shots were fired in the direction of the Albemarle Police Department Headquarters early Sunday morning.

Officials say shots were fired around 5:15 a.m. on Sept. 1 at 155 W. South Street. The building was struck, however, no one was injured.
