    Missing, endangered alert cancelled for 14-year-old boy from Statesville

    STATESVILLE, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — A missing, endangered alert has been cancelled for a 14-year-old boy from Statesville, according to the N.C. Center for Missing Persons.

    Kato Glenn Perry, 14, is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment, authorities said.

    Perry is described as a white male, 5’7″ tall, weighing 130 pounds, with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants.

    CMPD: Toddler found walking alone in northeast Charlotte reunited with family

    Perry was last seen in the area of 589 Eufola Road in Statesville, heading in an unknown direction of travel, authorities said.

    No word from authorities on when or where the boy was found.

    Anyone with information about Perry should call Dep. M. Farra at the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office at 704-878-3180 or 9-1-1.
