    PHOTOS: West Charlotte home damaged from fire

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A west Charlotte home was left charred from a fire Wednesday night.

    According to the Charlotte Fire Department, crews responded at 9:20 p.m. to the 2500 block of Marlowe Avenue off of Camp Greene Street. There was heavy fire showing upon arrival.

    It took firefighters 8 minutes to control the flames. There were no injuries reported from the scene.

    The fire is under investigation.
