    2 hurt in vehicle crash in north Charlotte: Medic

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Two people were transported after a crash in north Charlotte near Concord.

    The crash occurred on I-85 N near I-485 around 4 p.m.

    Medic says it involved two vehicles. One patient was transported with life-threatening injuries and another was transported with serious injuries.

    According to NCDOT, three out of six lanes are closed as crews work to clear the scene. The road is expected to reopen around 8 p.m.
