Monroe man took a chance and won $130k jackpot

UNION COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Monroe man took a chance on a $1 Cash 5 ticket and won a $130,000 jackpot.

Antoni Mozdzen bought his winning ticket from the Circle K on West Franklin Street in Monroe. His ticket matched all five numbers to win the jackpot. The odds of matching all five balls are 1 in 962,598.
