Thousands of Bank of America customers report nationwide outage

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Bank of America customers report that their accounts show zero dollar balances and many cannot access their accounts.

According to Downdetector , the reports started around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Customers took to X to show their accounts with zeros next to them, except for their debts. They also cannot make withdraws from ATMs or process any transactions.

Bank of America provided a statement saying, “ Some mobile and online banking clients experienced an issue accessing their accounts and balance information earlier today. These technology issueshave been fully resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience. “
