    Pedestrian struck, injured in northeast Charlotte: MEDIC

    CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Wednesday night in between Enderly Park and Ashley Park, according to the Mecklenburg EMS Agency (MEDIC).

    The incident happened sometime before 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, at the intersection of Freedom Drive and Alleghany Street.

    MEDIC says one person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police have not said what led up to the incident or if any charges will be filed.
