    Watch: WWII plane delivers supplies for Western NC hurricane victims

    LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — On Sunday, a World War II plane delivered supplies for Western North Carolina Helene victims.

    The plane was once used for paratroopers and during prisoner-of-war camp missions. The plane arrived in Lincoln County from the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach.

    Queen City News got to meet volunteers and see the plane as it landed at 6 p.m.
