Person struck by train in northwest Charlotte seriously hurt: Medic

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A person has life-threatening injuries after being hit by a train in northwest Charlotte, Medic confirmed on Wednesday.

Officials reported the incident around 1:30 p.m. at Rozelles Ferry Road and Honeywood Ave. They confirmed a person was hit by a train and was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

No details have been announced if anyone was on the train during the collision.
