    Found Safe: 71-year-old Charlotte man reported missing

    CHARLOTTE ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — A 71-year-old man has been found safe and reunited with his family after going missing on Thursday, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say.

    Keith Broom was last seen leaving his home around 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, in the 300 block of Wrayhill Drive in his pickup truck.

    Authorities said Broom has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and may be lost or confused. Broom was last seen wearing a tan hat, an olive green jacket, a blue and white checkered dress shirt, a dark-colored belt, and khaki pants.
