(PINPOINT WEATHER) — It’s another cold one tonight with Freeze Warnings in the mountains and Frost Advisories everywhere else. Protect any sensitive plants or vegetation before bed, as temperatures plunge into the 30s by Friday morning.

High pressure will continue to give us a dry outlook, right through next week! A lot of you would maybe like to see some rain, with aerated lawns or gardens needing water. Unfortunately, you’ll have to use the sprinklers for several more days.

What will be changing starting this weekend is the temperatures. After this colder stretch of late, highs and lows will gradually get milder. Highs in the 70s will be the theme through next week; even around 80 by the end of the week! Low temperatures will climb above freezing as well.

Tonight: Clear and cold. Low 38.

Friday: Sunny and pleasant. High 70.
