The Fourth of July is fast approaching, and Queen Creek residents have a place to celebrate our nation’s birthday as Schnepf Farms tees up its annual Hometown 4th event.

Hometown 4th at Schnepf Farms takes places from 4 to 9 p.m., Thursday, July 4 at Schnepf Farms, 24810 S. Rittenhouse Road.

There will be food trucks, inflatables for the kids, live music, a beer and wine garden and, of course, a fireworks show.

On its website, Schnepf Farms stated that the event is expected to draw up to 5,000 people. With the town of Queen Creek not hosting a public July 4 event, Hometown 4th at Schnepf Farms offers an option to traveling to another town’s event.

The cost of the event is $40 per car, plus fees, and includes:

    • Access to food trucks and spectating fields
    • Water inflatables
    • Fireworks display
    • Live music
    • Patriotic program
    • Vendor row

“When you purchase a car pass, please pay attention to the ‘arrival time’ shown with the pass. This means you must arrive sometime between the timeframe listed on your ticket. This is to help us mitigate road traffic and smooth out the parking process,” the Schnepf Farms website stated.

Guests can also purchase a VIP pass for $125 and will get:

    • Admission to the event
    • Private parking lot
    • Indoor air conditioning in the Big Red Barn
    • Catered dinner by Caldwell County BBQ
    • Unlimited complimentary soda/water
    • Private bar (beer, wine, seltzer – additional cost)
    • Front-row spectating area for fireworks show
    • Lawn games
    • Live music
    • Face fainting
    • Caricature artist

Unlike the car pass that covers every passenger in a vehicle, the VIP pass is a per-person purchase for folks 3 and older. If a VIP pass is purchased, a car pass is not needed.

Tickets are available at https://bit.ly/4caG2eH .

Hometown 4th at Schnepf Farms is also putting out a call to craft vendors who have a “fun product that people would enjoy,” Schnepf Farms stated in a Facebook post.

Booths are $50 each. Vender space is limited. A vendor application can be obtained by emailing Bri@schnepffarms.com .
