Launch Grant Program For Minority First-Time Home Buyers
On July 24, the Queens Chamber of Commerce and First Central Savings Bank announced the launch of an initiative to provide Community Reinvestment Act grants to minority first-time homebuyers. This program is designed to help individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership, with a focus on supporting certain minority groups and those with an Area Median Income (AMI) of 80 percent or less.

Triple-A: Syracuse Mets (46-28/15-12) BUFFALO 9, SYRACUSE 3 (BOX) Not much of a game to remember here. The offense had only four hits, the pitching was mostly poor, and Syracuse dropped another game to Buffalo. Luisangel Acuña conitnued to struggle, going hitless atop the lineup. Drew Gilbert also went hitless, but managed thre walks and a stolen base.
