• Several Queens lawmakers are trying to get the state to classify reckless driving in a parking lot as a misdemeanor after repeated complaints of people drag racing and doing doughnuts in a Fresh Meadows shopping center.
• The city is cracking down on kava bars .
• A "spy" told Page Six that Hailey "Hawk Tuah Girl" Welch , who's been raking in appearance fees at bars on Long Island , plans to devote some of that money to "animals and giving pizza to the homeless."
