    Jose Iglesias turns Mets double play, sings ‘OMG’ while mic’d up in wild Subway Series moment

    The legend of Jose Iglesias grows .

    The veteran Mets infielder is having fun and not afraid to show it.

    He agreed to wear a mic for the Subway Series game against the Yankees on Wednesday night, and he was able to turn a double play while being interviewed.

    Jose Iglesias had some fun with the ESPN camera.

    Iglesias smoothly turned a double play to end the second, after Mark Vientos started it with a diving stop on a DJ LeMahieu hot shot.

    As Iglesias released the ball, he was heard saying, “Let’s go,” and “Look at Swaggy V, he’s feeling it,” referring to Vientos.

    As he ran back to the dugout, he sang some of the the lyrics to his pop song “OMG,” before flashing his hands toward the ESPN camera.
