Plainview Man Awaits Sentencing For 100MPH+ Chase in Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Plainview man today entered guilty pleas to a list of charges stemming from a high-speed chase in the stolen vehicle in Rochester in late May. According to the charges against 25-year-old José Luis Delgado Junior, he was arrested on May 26 after State Troopers used a "pursuit intervention technique" to end a pursuit that began on southbound Highway 52 near the 65th Street Interchange. The court document says a State Trooper responding to reports of an erratic driver spotted the vehicle going more than 90 mph.
